We are challenged to take a serious look at and within ourselves as well as to what we do as faculty members in a health professions educational environment. This workshop will promote a discussion of issues of inclusion and diversity in terms of curricular and teaching practices. Participants will engage in an open and practical conversation regarding institutional racism in science and medicine and reflect on their role as educators in promoting anti-racism in their educational practice.
