Why We Are Different Evolutionary Content Development™ methodology
LSI’s rapid execution methodology was created to address the unique training needs of Agile-based software development projects. It aligns with the product/project development lifecycle, producing as-needed training objects coinciding with each release phase. At project completion, the ECD methodology culminates in a comprehensive, integrated, and fully-featured curriculum package. ECD has benefits even beyond workforce training. We use the rapid prototyping features of ECD to enable stakeholders to see how the overarching product/project is evolving and helps our customers get essential early feedback to validate the workflow, use cases, usability, and system functionality. Using ECD helps our customers avoid costly rework and schedule delays.
LSI’s ECD methodology provides the dual benefit of just-in-time training with the project visualization needed to test the requirements/workflow against stakeholder expectations – culminating in a fully-featured, integrated curriculum at project completion.
Training as a Service (TaaS)™ model
LSI’s managed services model for training, Training as a Service (TaaS)™, addresses our clients’ needs for greater efficiency and minimized duplication of effort both within and across training projects. LSI maps the ADDIE training model against the PMBOK lifecycle to identify tasks and functions that are candidates for use across multiple training initiatives such as standard operating procedures, learner profiles, stakeholder assessments, style guides, branding, 508-compliant templates, graphic libraries, facility or software requirements, courseware hosting, scheduling and registration, feedback gathering tools, lessons learned, and more.
