The published 2026 airshow season runs from June 20 through October 18 on weekends, subject to weather. Saturday's History of Flight program ranges across early aviation eras; Sunday's program focuses on a First World War dogfight presentation. These are demonstrations and historical interpretation, not a guarantee that every aircraft in the collection will fly.
The museum's announced season extends from May 1 through October 31. On airshow weekends, the organization does not sell museum-only admission: the airshow ticket includes the museum. Travelers primarily interested in inspecting exhibits should take that distinction into account when selecting a date.
Biplane rides are a separate purchase and depend on weather and operational availability. Weekend arrangements differ from weekday reservations, so contact the aerodrome if flying is an essential part of the plan. Parking is on the museum side of Norton Road, across from the airfield. Use the Red Hook street address for navigation rather than the Rhinebeck mailing address, and allow a separate transfer from the village or Rhinecliff railway station.
