Stella of New Hope approaches the Delaware River through both its dining room and its ingredients. Located at Ghost Light Inn on South Main Street, the restaurant describes a seasonal kitchen drawing on regional farmers and food artisans. Its strongest reason for inclusion is that relationship between a contemporary dining setting and produce-led menus that change over time.

The main room combines river views with freestanding tables, booths, a bar and a gas fireplace. The deck adds counter seating and tables, overhead heaters and screens that can enclose the space. Ground-floor waterfront dining expands during summer, so the various outdoor areas should not be assumed to operate identically throughout the year.

Dinner, brunch, desserts and drinks have separate menus. Choosing from the current version is more useful than planning a meal around a dish quoted in an older review. The kitchen's seasonal emphasis also means dietary needs should be discussed when reserving, particularly if the meal accompanies theater tickets or another fixed appointment.

Service intervals matter. The published schedule offers dinner Tuesday through Sunday and brunch Friday through Sunday; on those brunch days, food service pauses between 2 and 4 p.m. Drinks may remain available outside during that interval, but a late lunch should not be assumed. Stella is suited to travelers who want the river to be part of a full restaurant experience, with seating and meal timing chosen as carefully as the menu.
