The Townhouse, Factory and artist apartments have different layouts and atmospheres, so the property is best understood through its individual accommodation categories. The Townhouse contains ten rooms and suites over four floors, with an elevator and access to the spa and rooftop garden. The Factory occupies a former sewing factory and has two floors without an elevator. Its published policy does not allow children or animals. Artist apartments provide exterior entrances, kitchens and separate living and sleeping areas; selected units elsewhere in the complex accept pets by arrangement.

At the September 2026 check, the rooms page still described the Factory as in a soft-opening phase: construction was complete and rooms available, but parts of the art installation remained unfinished. Travelers choosing it specifically for immersive art should confirm the selected room’s current presentation.

Spa treatments require appointments. Hydrotherapy is reserved for hotel guests, booked separately and charged per session. The hotel does not operate a conventional overnight front desk, so late arrivals need advance arrangements. The appeal lies in selecting the building that matches the visit, rather than assuming every room includes the same access, services or experience.
